This client offers a comprehensive range of cosmetic medicine treatments in Australia. ABOUT THE ROLE You will play a key role in managing our customers' experience. You'll be responsible for the efficient operation of the clinic by calling through the existing database and booking in appointments. You'll have the opportunity to learn and efficiently use a range of software and applications to provide the best possible service to our customers. ABOUT YOU You have at least 2 years of experience working in an administrative or call centre environment. You have experience making outbound sales calls. You possess strong organizational, problem-solving, negotiation, and time-management skills. You have excellent organizational and prioritizing skills and can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. You have the ability to be flexible within the workplace and work effectively within a team environment.
