As a Construction Team Member, you will work closely with the Construction Team Leader under the guidance of the Construction Manager with all construction work being carried out in small teams, with each team having a focus on achieving high quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities: Excavating and constructing pools and related works with minimal disturbance to customers' property. Performing renovations and repairs to existing customers' pools. Implementing company policies regarding customer service, administration, and stock control. Planning and coordinating work with the Construction Team Leader. Ensuring high standards of vehicle and equipment presentation and maintenance. Coordinating material supplies with the Warehouse Manager as needed. Assisting the Construction Team Leader in achieving planned construction outcomes and controlling costs to budget. About You: Full valid Drivers License with the ability to drive a Manual. Construction Induction Card desirable.
