A values-driven business with a mission to guide their members on an exciting wealth-creation journey, they boast a 4.9 star rating on google, have garnished great write-ups in publications such as the AFR and are continuing to go from strength to strength… Duties: With $Millions in advertising spent per annum, generating thousands of enquiries a week to be reached back out to, our client is on the lookout for a highly experienced and driven sales leader to manage the team from both a sales and operational perspective. Duties will include: Effectively managing 30 – 40 staff across NSW and VIC Facilitating 1:1 coaching including demonstrating sales calls and roleplays “Floor management” including answering questions, interjecting and being available for real-time support Ensuring dials and talk time KPI’s are achieved Review all key-metrics and system improving where required Providing regular reports to the Head of Sales and Directors Specific requirements: To be selected for this role, you will be able to demonstrate: Experience in managing a call centre of 20 staff (ideally within a property-related industry – investment, finance, banking etc) Able to attend a CBD office 5 days a week (with 1 Saturday a month) Comfortable implementing ideas and directives from upper management Be able to maintain a customer-service mentality in a high-volume environment Benefits: Inspiring role, supporting clients in their wealth-creation journeys Generous salary and commissions Career development opportunities Incredible office space with lots of natural light, breakout space and full kitchen / dining area (also a coffee shop in the lobby) Great workplace culture All CV's will be held in strict confidence, and you will be consulted prior to your details being presented to our client.
