About The Opportunity Programmed Facility Management are seeking experienced Bus Driver staff to join our Village Management Team. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of an essential team that provides soft services such as Village Management, Catering, Transport, Cleaning and Utility services to a well-known Mining Company situated in the west of North Queensland. Ad hoc support to the Village Team is occasionally required. Duties include: Transportation of Residents Completion of Vehicle Pre-Starts and required Safety Reporting / Compliance Maintenance of a Clean and Tidy vehicle Village Waste Management Grounds / Utility Maintenance Assist other departments from time to time, if required About You To join our team, you will be an experienced Bus Driver ( You will possess: Previous bus transfer experience for a remote Mine Site Village, driving on unsealed roads in challenging terrains (wet weather, wildlife) VALID HR License, including PDT Authorisation (essential) 4WD / Defensive Driving exposure (preferred) Ability to pass a Commercial Drivers Assessment (Fitness to drive Medical Assessment) plus a comprehensive (Client) Pre-Employment Medical including Chest, MMQ and Instant Drug and Alcohol Screening Australian Working Rights Current satisfactory National Police Check (within 6 months) The following experience / qualifications with Camp Facilities such as First Aid, Certificate III / IV Commercial Cookery or Hospitality, HRWL (LF), RSA / Approved Manager, ARO Certification and Cleaning (desirable) Additionally, you will also possess the following skills: Basic Systems and Technology experience i.e., MS Office, online/web-based Payroll & Training requirements Ability to work autonomously and be a self-motivator Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing work tasks in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate a professional approach in the workplace, with excellent customer service skills Have a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others About Us Programmed Facility Management is a leading provider of asset management, facilities maintenance and project management services across a multitude of industries.
