About the Role As an Analyst, Commercial FX Sales (Dealer) in our Team, you’ll play a key role in helping to develop, deliver and execute FX for Markets within the Commercial customer franchise and improve the delivery of risk management solutions. You and the FX Sales team will provide risk management services across a range of foreign exchange products, maintain and enhance existing customer relationships and develop new relationships in order to grow the Institutional FX Sales business. Location: Melbourne Role Type: Permanent Schedule: Full time What will your day look like? • Achieve revenue targets for Commercial FX Sales • Support the FX team in achieving revenue targets. Focus on volumes and relationships • Actively seeks information to better understand customer needs, solve problems, deepen relationships • Focus on increasing customer calls, growing your business and building pipeline • Proposes opportunities for process improvement and automation to improve the customer and employee experience • Assist the FX Sales team with daily processes including preparing pitch presentations, pricing, market commentaries and deal entry • Build and maintain key business partner relationships in conjunction with the FX team What will you bring? To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following: Enthusiasm for building knowledge of Markets product and processes, to identify customer opportunities, build relationships and provide effective risk management solutions Seeks and acts on developmental feedback Sales experience, with a customer focus Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to influence and collaborate with cross functional teams Tertiary qualified and relevant professional industry accreditation preferred You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
