We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join their team and drive the sales efforts to new heights. As the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting the state of the art, aged care services and obtaining commitment from prospective clients. Your primary responsibilities will include building strong relationships with the local community, understanding and communicating the values, and achieving sales targets. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of this facility. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to attract new residents to our facility. Build and maintain relationships with prospective residents, their families, and key community stakeholders. Conduct tours and presentations of the facility to showcase the services and amenities. Understand and effectively communicate the unique value propositions of the aged care services. Achieve and exceed sales targets and occupancy goals. Stay informed about industry trends, local market conditions, and competitor offerings. Provide exceptional customer service and support to potential and current residents. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, specifically within the residential aged care sector. Strong understanding of the aged care industry, including regulations and best practices. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to connect with the community and understand the values and needs of prospective residents and their families. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
