It combines technical expertise with people leadership. Your success in this role will be underpinned by your ability to leverage your extensive software experience while guiding and nurturing a growing team In this role, you'll be: Building and managing the Mobile direct to customer channel for Alinta Ensuring adherence to the architecture of the Digital platform Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies while taking on the technical leadership for software development projects Forging strong and trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders in the business whilst also being adaptable and ensuring proactive and responsive communication will be key Offering guidance and encouragement to foster a motivated and high-achieving team Ideally, you'll bring to the role: Proven experience in Mobile Development with solid experience in software development, focusing on mobile applications Proficient in developing cross-platform mobile apps using React Native Back End Development Skills coupled with knowledge of relevant technologies Proven experience in fostering a supportive and collaborative environment while guiding and mentoring development teams Ability to work in an Agile delivery team Join us in shaping the future of our technology landscape and delivering innovative solutions aligned with our business strategy.
