To achieve this, you: Ensure store presentation is immaculate by adhering to our visual merchandising standards Work as a team player to achieve sales and KPI targets Ensure product knowledge of footwear and accessories, and offer genuine advice and service Assist your Store Manager with various duties (including cleaning) as required Contribute to a well organised stock room and use ladders to retrieve stock from a height (comfortability doing so is a must) Must be available on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday extended trade, Friday extended trade and Sunday There may be an option to transition from Casual to Permanent Part-Time in the future. The preferred skills and experience we are looking for: You have previous experience in the footwear industry (minimum experience of 2 years in retail sales) You are warm, welcoming and enjoy working with children You work well within fast paced team environments You are upbeat, energetic, and motivating You are committed to providing exceptional customer service and unforgettable shopping experiences You have strong communication and organisational skills You are a great listener and use feedback constructively.
