This is a position that will require no less than 100% in everything you do. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for: Position: Sales Associate Salary: Up to $55,000 per annum Superannuation Commissions Key Responsibilities: Direct support to the highest ranked agent in the area Customer care and liaison with vendors, buyers and solicitors Database prospecting Handling all potential buyer enquiries Email, appointment and diary management Buyer callbacks following open homes Setting up & collecting signboards Attending weekly sales meetings & training General administration duties Qualifications Required: Valid QLD Real Estate certificate. Time management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. A proactive and self-motivated approach to work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software.
