Our client is a global leader of marine, power generation and vehicle products. They currently manufacture, import, service and distribute European and American Trucks, marine engines and electrical power generation. Due to growth they are now seeking an experienced After Sales Representative to help with the sales of spare parts and service products to existing and new clients. This role would require someone with experience selling into government, marine rail and power products - diesel generated motors. The role sits with-in their off highway division and is a pinnacle role with-in the team, reporting into the after sales manager you will have plenty of room for career growth, room to make bonuses and join a thriving team. Your day to day duties will be but not limited to; Promote and sell, service products and products Maintain current relationships with clients Develop new client relationships Work closely with the services and parts division Identify new opportunities with-in the market Work with the sales team internally and externally Reporting directly into senior management Skills and qualifications; Demonstrate prior experience in a related industry and/or role, with a track record of delivering new business growth. • Exhibit a sound knowledge of products such as (MTU, Detroit, Allison, Deutz), parts and services. • Trade qualifications in diesel mechanics or related field; or • Mechanical engineering qualification at degree or certificate level preferred • At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in a sales/customer service function • Knowledge of all product specifications and applications relevant to PAU an advantage • Ability to read and interpret product information bulletins - Service & Parts. • Ability to apply appropriate problem-solving techniques to technical and related issues • Competent in business computer systems • Willingness/ability to operate under a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System and or previous experience using a CRM System is desirable If you're interested please contact James Iversen on Jameswolfe-co.com.au
