Benefits Key Responsibilities What you will be doing: The Senior Site Reliability Engineering team is responsible for improving reliability, performance, scale, and observability of Nuix software. Additionally, the Senior Site Reliability Team fills a crucial role as a go between the support teams and the development teams by troubleshooting critical production issues and reporting findings back to the development teams. As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, your role incudes: Management of Nuix applications core infrastructure including physical and cloud networks, and AWS environments. Maintain and upkeep operational excellence across Nuix Cloud environments. Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, processes, and service records. Work with several Engineering teams (each responsible for a different SaaS platform) to integrate pipelines, deployments and monitoring frameworks. Troubleshooting production issues, interface with product support and several engineering teams as part of the troubleshooting process Manage and resolve systems vulnerabilities. Work with the wider Platforms team to deliver continuous improvement across all IT processes. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or related field, or relevant experience. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders, and in incident responses Proven record of up-time, understanding HA, SLA management, Change Control workflows. Demonstrate ability to solve complex problems. Deep financial understanding of cloud compute Demonstrated experience in running successful infrastructure projects to completion. Desirable: Experience implementing with IaC using several scripting languages. Good understanding of DevOps process Understanding of cyber security practices and toolsets. A proponent for change within the organisation.
