And, as we continue to grow, we’re on the hunt for a Service Centre Technician that will play a pivotal role in our entire device lifecycle, with a primary focus on supporting our ethical eCycle procedure, namely our second-hand Device Sales. You will use your retail experience to innovate new and exciting ways to support the retail side of our business. You will work closely with the Service Centre team to deliver our DaaS program and support in physical device provisioning, repairs and warranties as needed. Requirements Here's what you'll be doing: Ownership of Device as a Service Program (DaaS). Refurbishing second-hand devices for sale. Managing our Ethical E-Waste/Decom procedure. Supporting our Fleet Manager in vehicle maintenance. Proactively engage with third party buyers. Comply with all CT policies. Here's what you'll bring: Previous Retail experience and/or experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. Knowledge of device preparation using MDM platforms desired but not essential. Experience in second-hand (eBay, Gumtree, Marketplace) sales. Experience refurbishing hardware desired. Technical skills in troubleshooting and ticket resolution. A drive to further optimise established second-hand sales procedure. Proven customer service skills essential.
