What You Will Do: Duties will be diverse and will be adapted from the following list to best suit the strengths of the successful applicant: The delivery of excellent customer focussed service. Assisting with in-store customer enquiries. In-home and in-store consulting with customers. Accurately measuring and providing quotes. Completing sales documentation. Placing product orders. Scheduling installations. Product installations. Assisting in other areas of the business as required. Compliance with all safety, policy and procedure standards. What You Will Need: The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate: A commitment to quality customer service. A willingness to learn and maintain current product knowledge. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. The ability to accurately measure. Sound computer and administration skills. The ability to work effectively without supervision. A strong team commitment. A current “C” class driver licence Other requirements will depend on the allocation of duties to best suit the skills of the successful applicant.
