What you will be doing: Selling, selling, and selling cruises and cruise products Creating Bucket List fly-cruise packages and tailor-made packages Working with customers over the phone, emails and on-line Meeting and exceeding all targets as required You'll really stand out if you have… CRUISE and TRAVEL experience is a MUST Demonstrate detailed knowledge of the cruising industry Achieving targets and be results focused Working within agreed timeframes and speed to market You are highly motivated and KPI-driven Minimum 2 years proven track record of selling cruises in an inbound call centre environment Ability to build rapport with customers. A high attention to detail and excellent time management.
