We are looking for a passionate individual to drive the sales and lead the admissions of a beautiful, state of the art residential aged care facility in Sydney’s South West. The Role: High paying salary Salary NFP Salary Packaging Develop a successful sales strategy to achieve occupancy KPIs & sales targets Engage in the community, building key relationships with residents, families, stakeholders & community groups Organise and conduct tours of the aged care facility, informing new admissions about the facility and the services offered Customer service focused role, acting as the first point of contact for any general enquiries from new admissions We are looking for: Strong knowledge & understanding of the Aged Care quality standards Compassionate & caring individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with residents and their families on a personal level Passion for delivering high quality of customer service Strong understanding of aged care accommodation costs and payment options Amazing negotiation & communication skills I am looking to speak with passionate and driven Aged Care Sales Managers looking for their next opportunity.
