About the role Join a dynamic team as the Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager where you will lead the way in driving business growth and expansion in the market and maintaining excellent relations with existing clients. Key Responsibilities for the role Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets. Manage and optimise sales budgets, forecasting and financial performance metrics. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to drive integrated business strategies. Lead and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement. Analyse sales data and market trends to provide insights for effective decision-making and strategy refinement. Skills & experience Proven experience in sales management or business development, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets and increase client base. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a record of accomplishment of motivating and developing teams. Effective communicator with strong negotiation and presentation kills with an ability to foster strong relationships with all stakeholders.
