Our professional services temporary recruitment team is looking for a new Recruitment Consultant. This is a permanent full-time position, offering a competitive salary and quarterly commission structure. You don't necessarily need recruitment experience to join us. If you have an excellent Client service attitude, great personality, determination, and passion to succeed we can provide you with everything else you need to be successful. The Brisbane team are a friendly bunch who like to work hard but have fun. When you start, you'll have a team of people here to help you settle and make you feel at home. You'll also go through an extensive training program within your first couple of months. What does a typical day look like? Identifying and approaching new potential Clients Working with existing Clients to assist with their recruitment needs Advertising, sourcing candidates via a variety of avenues, including Seek, Seek Talent, LinkedIn, our database, networking - and any other means to get the right person for the job. Looking after pre-employment such as reference checking, work rights checks and setting up placements within our database. Visiting client sites and meeting with hiring managers and on-site employees Post-placement care of on-site employees About you The role of a Recruitment Consultant is a varied and interesting one - part business development and sales, part recruitment. Ideally you will: Have a great Client services attitude - you will be required to build great relationships with both existing and new Clients. Be experienced working in a high-pressured environment, meeting deadlines, working towards KPI's Have previous experience working with multiple clients and providing transparent communication Demonstrate fantastic attention to detail and ability to be versatile with conflicting priorities throughout the day Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Now on to the good part.
