Great opportunity for a confident and experienced Office-All Rounder to join this dynamic forward thinking firm in Melbourne The Firm Our client is a forward thinking, dynamic accounting firm based in Melbourne. They have a relaxed, friendly culture and a solid client base including some large, complex businesses and high net wealth individual clients. They are looking for a receptionist that has a warm, friendly and caring nature. The Managing Director believes this to be the most important position within the company as you will be the face and first point of the contact for their clients Some of the duties include, but not limited to: Meeting and greeting clients in a professional and friendly manner Sorting the Incoming and outgoing mail Ordering stationary and consumables Responding to emails Liaise with clients over the phone and via email Assist with ad-hoc administration tasks to support the accountants Collating documents Strong client / customer focus & ability to build strong relationships Processing daily clients correspondence Scheduling appointments About you: Minimum 2 years' experience working in an Accounting firm is highly desirable A passion for Reception and being the first point of contact Knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong time management and organisational skills Team player with positive energy Benefits: Ongoing support and genuine career progression opportunities Annual salary reviews and bonus' Staff social functions and team events with lots of recognition Formal training and ongoing support How to Apply To apply for this role, please submit your resume via WORD through the APPLY button.
