Point of Contact for all Staff and the General Public Permanent Full-time role 5 days per week, Mon - Fri About Us Serco has a dedicated team of over 600 people supporting operations at Fiona Stanley Hospital and works in close partnership with the hospital leadership, WA Health, clinicians, and staff to deliver essential non-clinical facilities management, ICT and HR managed services. Our specialist team designs, manages and optimises the integrated services and are critical to the ongoing delivery of clinical services in Western Australia's largest and most digitally enabled public healthcare facility. About the Opportunity The Safety and Incident Management Service (SIMS) maintains and promotes the safety and security of all individuals, equipment and the site as part of our vision to create Australia’s leading healthcare environment. Reporting to the SIMS Operations Manager you will be responsible for providing support to staff and the general public by administering security passes, access levels, keys, lost patient trust. You will also be responsible for performing any other duties in line with the SIMS Service Plan. What you’ll be doing You are a highly focussed customer service orientated individual who promotes the safety and security of all individuals, equipment and the site. You will have a courteous and respectful manner with clear and concise communication. You will be an active listener with the ability to ask questions to understand customer expectations and priorities. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a quality of service despite time constraints. You’re a respectful and professional person who demonstrates exceptional moral values in everything you do. About you - your ideal skills & experience • The Highest levels of Integrity and ethical behaviour • Demonstrated experience in a similar position with high customer contact • Ability to interpret the implications of changing internal & external customer requirements • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise and develop relationships with a range of stakeholders • A resilient nature to work in fast paced, high pressure environment • Health care or Hospital environment preferred but not essential • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask • Ability to solve problems and think outside the square You do not need to match every listed expectation to apply for this position.
