We are proud of what we have achieved in the Asian food category and are looking for a new addition to our team We are looking for our next Logistics Admin Assistant team member to join our team at the Laverton North warehouse This is a Full time, permanent position. This is an entry level position. Shift times Monday to Friday: 9am-5pm Job tasks and responsibilities • Process, allocate and invoice orders • Answer phone call queries • Liaise with relevant personnel concerning the delivery of orders • Liaise with sales representatives concerning deals and offers • Assist with the booking of transport companies • Run inventory reports • Carry out filing and general office duties • Perform other duties as required from time to time by the logistics manager To be successful you will need • Full Australian working rights and MUST live in Australia • Microsoft Office experience (high level of exposure to and competency with Excel is a must) • A current driver’s license • Strong communication skills • A great eye for detail and customer service skills • Proven experience working in an Administrative Assistant role or supply chain management industry is ideal, but not essential Benefits • Join an expanding global company and gain extensive exposure to the FMCG industry • Opportunities for growth and progression • Supportive work environment • Generous company discounts An honest and reliable warehouse worker who has the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
