Key responsibilities include: Manage the sales pipeline and customer lifecycle to retain and facilitate growth in agreement market segments. This includes but not limited to periodic analysis on agreed market segments. Ensures the CRM database is updated & maintained. Grow market share leveraging existing customer base by sourcing new opportunities with WFB products and services. Work within approved margin/pricing matrix. Work within prescribed framework and pro-actively work with the Credit Team to ensure all business-critical information is provided, allowing an effective and efficient credit assessment process. Manage customer debtors and credit limits in line with the prescribed framework. Ensures the CRM database is updated & maintained. Ability to travel remotely to engage with new and existing customers onsite. What experience is required? Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships. Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role. Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field. (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership and team management skills. Customer-oriented. What’s in it for you?
