Field Sales Representative (PRO) — Brisbane, Brisbane Region

Job Description: Royal Canin is seeking a pet passionate individual who understands that there is more to sales than just reaching traditional volume KPIs. As the Pro Customer Development Executive, you will be responsible for promoting the breeding industry and responsible pet ownership by partnering with pro customers to deliver health through nutrition. Reporting into the Pro Field Sales Manager ANZ, you will focus on building better health outcomes, by growing sales and recommendation with Pro Customers. As the Pro Customer Development Executive you will cover the QLD Territory, with travel to visit customers and attending events as required. Pro Customers include Breeders, Shelters, Boarding Kennels & Cattery's and Government agencies. What are we looking for? Territory Sales Experience Experience in providing engaging training on products and/or services A background in the pet industry is highly desirable (not essential) Strong learning agility, especially in terms of digital platforms Excellent customer service Strong communication skills What will be your key responsibilities? Drive Breeder recommendation through virtual contact, utilizing reporting tools and CRM to track and manage responses. Leverage this contact to secure Face to Face visits. Achieve Pro tonnage and NSV targets through building our customer base as well as retaining current customers by creating strong partnerships Support recommendation to pet owners via our Pro partners through connection and education to meet the KPI's provided Develop and maintain an efficient territory plan (face to face and virtual visits) to engage with current and potential customers to support them through our nutritional offer and digital tools and services Attend shows and events as required to represent Royal Canin and to build our brand image and reputation, to connect with existing customers and recruit new customers Building positive relationships and promoting health through nutrition with a mix of nutritional and digital service delivery Please note: as per the show calendar, there will be some weekend work required with this role to connect with existing & potential breeder customers.
