Your Opportunity: The position of Administration Officer will: Provide administrative, secretariat and logistical support for Queensland Health's Health Service Chief Executive (HSCE) Forum and related executive-level forums Help arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, capture and follow-up agreed actions, write and manage documents and emails, liaise with stakeholders and undertake other activities incidental to the operation of the forums Contribute to the delivery of high-quality, timely and responsive support to the forums by the HSCE Forum Office.
