A fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to work within an Accounting firm located on St Kilda Road The Firm Our client is a fantastic Accounting practice, located in the inner suburbs. They are looking for an Administrator to support the broader Accounting team. Duties and Responsibilities: Preparing client correspondence, as well as to the ATO Using the APS Database, CAS, ATO and ASIC Preparing and lodging ASIC forms Collation of financial statements and tax returns Preparing letters associated with these Assisting with Debtors Preparing invoices/billing Client contact and liaison Handling incoming mail, assisting with photocopying and filing Required Experience and Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years relevant experience Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Demonstrated professional work attitude Demonstrated organisational skills and attention to detail You will work within a team environment, in a firm that has an excellent, supportive culture How to Apply To apply for this role, please submit your resume through the APPLY button.
