About The Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team as the Educational Leader. We are looking for someone with experience in programming and the ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, families and colleagues. You will spend time floating between each room and allocated a minimum of 8 hours per week to complete any training and mentoring required. To ensure you are fully supported in your role, you will be working closely with our Head of Education and Quality as well as all Educational Leaders within Thrive. Your main responsibilities will be to: Support educators to assess each child’s learning and development in relation to the approved learning framework, other contemporary theories and the Thrive Curriculum Support educators to critically reflect on each child’s learning and development and on their own pedagogy as part of everyday practice.
