Provide timely and useful feedback to students Communicate in a clear, respectful, and professional way to optimise each student’s development Be proficient in the use of IT as a teaching and administrative tool Attend staff meetings and Professional Development Qualifications   Must hold an NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) registration.  Must hold a NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation. Must have completed relevant Education/Teaching tertiary qualification.  Selection Criteria  The ability to reflect on personal performance. The passion to work individually and collectively with students, to maximise the learning outcomes for each one, including those with additional learning needs Demonstrated high-level teaching skills, including working collaboratively with colleagues to create innovative and adapt to different types of learners. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the capacity to develop productive and caring relationships with students, parents, and staff where the focus is on the learning and well-being of the student Demonstrate the ability to increase participation in the boarder life of the school to develop each student's unique capabilities. Appropriate qualifications and demonstrated experience in teaching.
