Trivett are seeking a Fleet and Corporate Sales Manager based across Artamon and Parramatta. About the role: This is a dual role focused on driving and supporting incremental new vehicle sales through the Corporate and Fleet channel, as well as from our existing dealership customer database, primarily from our service customers. What the role entails: Management of all FMO & Corporate clients requests including pricing and quote's, online order acceptance Develop a strong network of relationships with FMOs and Corporate clients Provide a commercial focus to management of overheads, ensuring that expenditure is contained within budget Develop and execute strategies to enhance the fleet department's performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Ensure all financial/operating reporting is accurate and timely Actively participate in the tender process Collaborate with our sales teams to identify opportunities for fleet sales and developing solutions to meet customer needs. Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices. What we are looking for: Proven experience as a Corporate and/or Fleet Manager in the automotive industry Experience with Fleet sales and a hunger to drive and acquire new business Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to "hunt", drive, build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Data and analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.
