Sales Executive - TORO NSW — The Rocks, Sydney

About the role: TORO Waste Equipment takes pride in manufacturing Australia's toughest bins. Toro has three workshops nationally and specialises in the manufacture and repair of a wide range of Industrial Steel Bins. We are looking for a Sales Executive to assist in driving our growth of waste equipment sales. Reporting to the General Manager -TORO, the Sales Executive is responsible for maintaining client relationships and developing new business. Your duties will include but will not be restricted to: Service existing accounts, obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organising daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets, visit customers, deliver proposals etc. Keep the management informed on activity and results, daily calls, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual territory analysis Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules and merchandising techniques Recommend changes in products and services to management by evaluating results and competitive developments Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies Work as a team to accomplish results Provide historical records by maintaining data on area and customer sales Make recommendations to management on customer complaints and develop solutions to resolve issues Prepare proposals, quotations and tenders for existing and potential Skip Bin clients Manage, update and maintain client information in the company database Organise customer proposals and tours of our manufacturing facilities as required Organise client presentations and tours of the recycling centres Any other duty as reasonably directed About You: Minimum 2 years' work experience in a business development capacity Demonstrated knowledge in portfolio growth and retention Strong commercial business acumen Strong computer skills and working knowledge of office software packages (MS Office) Own transport and current drivers licence What we offer you as a GOGetter: Employee benefits including performance incentive bonuses, recognition programs, access to corporate health cover through HCF and novated leave vehicles through Fleetplus Our employee support partner Sonder provides employees and their loved ones with the wellbeing support everyone deserves Opportunity to work with the latest technology in recycling recovery A strong, employee and safety driven company culture Training and progression opportunities within the Bingo family Please note, only applicants with full Australian Working Rights will be considered At BINGO we are committed to building a workforce that reflects the communities and customers we serve.
