About the Role Maintaining patient confidentiality and control of movement of documents, including liaising with other private and public Medical Imaging departments to outsource medical imaging examinations. Proficiently complete functions associated with the wait list of patients, bookings for procedures, managing appointment cancellations, rescheduling and removals from the waiting list using the relevant information systems in a timely manner. Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces. Ability to use digital dictation equipment and experience using multiple information systems including PACS/RIS.
