The Opportunity Boeing Defence Australia is now recruiting for the position of Project Administrator for administration support for all Blocks and the E7 Development organization and their associated internal and customer forums Responsibilities will include Domestic and international travel bookings for employees across the E7 Development organisation (incl. within Blocks) Visit administration, incl. trade control approvals, security checks, access and escort arrangements Facilities support, incl. access requirements, maintenance coordination, EH&S and security record management Employee onboarding and offboarding management Training support, incl. training requirements and records management Block / Program / Customer forum Minutes and action item management Email DLs and group calendar management Employee comms and information support, incl. Confluence management You will need to have: Experience in a senior level administration role, with demonstrated professional qualities of integrity, reliability, confidentiality and initiative. Ability to work autonomously. High quality and accurate typing skills (minimum 70wpm). Advanced knowledge and skills in the full Microsoft Office Suite.
