Administration / Student Services Officer — Prospect, Launceston Area

The Opportunity St Patrick’s College is seeking to employ an Administration / Student Services Officer to join our customer centric Front Office team. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is committed to providing exceptional customer experiences. Working as part of the Front Office team, this role requires someone with a strong team focus and ability to effectively engage with a range of stakeholders. This role would also be ideal for someone with previous experience as a nurse or paramedic, as the role will provide valuable experience in handling ‘on campus’ emergency First Aid to the College’s student and staff population, in addition to an array of administrative and clerical duties. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2018. About You As an experienced, highly organised and self-motivated administrator, you will have: Excellent customer service skills Confidence in administering First Aid (previous nursing or paramedic experience would be highly regarded) Excellent organisational, time management and administrative skills Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships A desire to work in a dynamic team orientated environment An understanding of and ability to contribute to the mission of St Patrick’s College as a Catholic school CET supports the rights of children and young people and is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment directed at ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
