The leadership team values the importance of a healthy work/life balance which is shown through their effective teamwork in sharing responsibilities. The team in Mount Druitt have on going support from their Centre Leader, Assistant Centre Leader, and Educational Leader who provide adequate programming time and encourage all educators to contribute. About The Role Due to growth, we are now looking for an Early Childhood Teacher to join the team. There is also an opportunity to be the Preschool Room Leader We are looking for a professional with experience in programming and the ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, families and educators. Your main responsibilities will be to: Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues. Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Work in positive collaboration with all members of the team. Maintain effective communication with parents/carers. Actively contribute to the educational program through conversations, observations, and documentation.
