We are a growing business, and we're growing fast About the Role Located at our vibrant Brisbane CBD office , the Sales Manager for our Health and Mortgage Insurance Comparison, Lead Generation Teams will play a pivotal role in the company's success. Their primary purpose is multi-faceted, with a focus on revenue generation, team leadership and development, sales strategy, and performance management, along with relationship management. You will lead and coach a team of Team Leaders, Health and Home Loan Lead Generators while fostering a high-performance culture and providing ongoing training and support. The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies and monitoring performance metrics, including conversion, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. Alongside of this you will also ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards to enhance the company's reputation and credibility. Key Accountabilities Provide leadership and guidance to the team, coach and mentor team leaders and sales agents and set clear performance expectations. Oversee coaching framework and conduct regular coach the coach sessions. Develop and implement sales strategies in order to achieve performance targets, Monitor team and individual sales performance, analyse sales metrics and reports, establish and communicate sales goals, manage under performance and performance improvement plans. Provide ongoing training and development, ensure a high level of product knowledge and sales skills. Foster effective and constructive communication within the team and with other departments, act as a liaison between senior management and the team. Motivate and inspire the team, recognise and reward outstanding performance, develop incentive programs with a positive ROI Oversee sales team recruitment, liaise with Talent Acquisition team and provide feedback and guidance on candidate quality. Generate sales reports and analysis, use data and insights to make informed decisions and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation. Foster a positive team culture that aligns with the company's values, set and uphold standards of behaviour, professionalism, and ethics within the team, encourage a collaborative and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and a strong work ethic. Address challenges and obstacles that the team encounters, providing solutions and guidance to overcome them. Encourage creative problem-solving and critical thinking. About You 5 years experienced in leading sales teams in a tele-sales environment 2 years experience in managing sales team leaders in a tele-sales environment Strong understanding of sales techniques/strategies and excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
