About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Manage the provision of skilled administration staff to all services by implementation of effective recruitment and selection processes, rosters and leave management systems. Maintain up to date knowledge of human resource framework, industrial relations, administrative awards, certified agreements, policies and guidelines and provide advice on application and compliance across the administration workforce. In collaboration with the Manager Administration Services identify and manage budget and service priorities relating to approved staffing establishment (FTE) which have the potential to impact on budget performance of the administration service in conjunction with the finance department. Prepare business case submission for administration staff as required. Manage the orientation program for all Administration staff for STARS. Participate in workforce planning for new services.
