A commitment to fostering a sense of belonging in and beyond the classroom and to the pastoral care of all members of the community. Maintenance of a current Working With Children Clearance. The Assistant REC will also be able to demonstrate: A capacity to foster a love and knowledge of Jesus through a RE curriculum and experience in teaching Studies of Religion (Stage 6). A sincere commitment to their own parish and a willingness to promote active engagement in the life, mission and work of the Church. Experience or willingness to lead sacramental, liturgical, youth ministry and/or social justice activities.
