In this role you will provide support across a wide array of platforms, including VMware servers, Microsoft servers, Citrix remote access, Microsoft Azure and 365 services, and Active Directory. Responsibilities: Collaborate with IT Management in designing and deploying new technology platforms. Package applications and maintain the standard operating environment (SOE). Install, configure, and update server and network infrastructure. Deploy new applications and apply patches across Windows and Linux operating systems. Develop and maintain system documentation to ensure it is current and relevant. Participate in annual disaster recovery testing and regularly update the DR Plan. Assist in defining access privileges, control structures, and resource access. Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures, proactively maintaining robust cybersecurity measures. Requirements: Proven experience managing a Hybrid Active Directory environment. Experience with Windows Server, Exchange, VMware, SCCM, Intune, and SAN Storage. Experience administering on premises and Citrix cloud environments. Relevant certifications in Citrix, Microsoft or VMware highly regarded.
