Treasury Admin Officer — The Rocks, Sydney

Your opportunity We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to join our Group Finance Team as a Treasury Admin Officer. Working in a small supportive team, this entry level role will have you assisting in the management and processing of the Scentre Group's range of Treasury products including Foreign Exchange Transactions; Cross Currency & Interest Rate Swaps; Debt under Bilateral Facilities & Capital Markets Issues, and the Group's cash management requirements. A snapshot of your role: Prepare daily cashflow management Upload bank balances into TMS Complete daily transfers Verify all cashflow are processed by the transactional banks Update futures cashflow and forecast Prepare funding notices as instructed by stakeholders Various financial products confirmations, resets and settlements Maintain daily processes record keeping The role is being offered as a permanent full-time position with full-time hours and will be based from our Sydney Support Office, located conveniently above Westfield Sydney. What will set you apart from the rest? We're looking for a self-motivated, confident, and detail-orientated individual, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with corporate banking platforms, treasury instrument knowledge and being highly skilled working with Microsoft Excel beneficial but not essential. You'll have excellent verbal & written communication skills and be able to demonstrate an ability to manage multiple priorities too.
