Strong computer skills in Microsoft office suite of programs, knowledge of (or ability to quickly attain) of payroll software (Aurion) and CCC learning management systems (Percipio). Strong skills in managing and interpreting data for reporting purposes. Strong customer focus and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholder to resolve routine problems. Knowledge and ability to provide information on a broad range of human resource matters such as payroll and recruitment. Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, and to promote a positive, innovative working environment.
