There is a strong self-leadership and self-motivation focus in the SAP Basis team. Perform complex problem resolution of notified client service difficulties in accordance with service agreements. Undertake system performance analysis of operational client environments, report and recommend appropriate tuning and infrastructure configurations. Support the team environment by proactively sharing knowledge with group members through informal/formal interchange, workshops and documentation. Provide SAP Basis administration services to external and internal clients as defined in SLAs and OLAs, including identifying and communicating potential risks to delivering to agreed service levels, and making recommendations. In order to be successful we will consider your ability to : Manage your Business as usual workflow and deliver on tasks within an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Delivery Framework. Ensure project tasks associated SAP Basis are managed and completed within agreed timeframes, to cost, and meet client and stakeholder expectations. Contribute to an effective working culture within the SAP Basis team by capturing and sharing knowledge, supporting common procedures and practices and encouraging a learning environment through mentoring and coaching. Build positive relationships and anticipates and is responsive to changes in client and stakeholder needs and expectations, striving for mutually beneficial relationships and outcomes. You will also need to have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working on client sites. as well being able to undertake after hours support as part of an ongoing roster.
