Responsibilities Respond to incoming calls and emails and customer enquiries to provide viable solutions Set follow up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments. Cross sell relevant products when desired equipment may be unavailable. Experience and Qualifications Experience in account management or customer service with electrical componentry or other related fields. Experience within trade or electrical field highly advantageous - this role would suit someone technical - perhaps a former Industrial Electrician looking to move off the tools with customer service ability Proven customer services experience.
