Job Description Working in our Special Orders Department we are looking for someone to help manage our Corporate Account Sales which includes School Account Customers. The position is based within our Special Orders department and as well as managing Corporate Account Sales the position also involves answering incoming calls for the store, managing customer special orders and click & collect orders. As well as face to face customer service at the Special Orders registers. Desired Skills and Experience The ideal candidate has book knowledge and retail experience and experience dealing with corporate customers and school book supply. The position is Monday to Friday 38 hours with some evening shifts.
