Our Retail Trade stores (Gyprock Trade Centres - GTC) are specialists in providing a range of building materials, high quality tools and accessories for all types of customers.The Opportunity As a Trade Counter Sales Representative, you'll be the friendly face of our Gyprock Trade Centre in Hendra. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service by handling enquiries, processing orders, and providing product support. From phone calls to in-person interactions, you'll be the go-to person for all customer needs.Your day-to-day activities within the Gyprock Trade Centre is providing a wholistic customer service approach from taking enquiries to fulfilling orders across our range of products. Responsibilities would include attending to phone, email and in person enquiries while also giving support to our warehouse and distribution operation by assisting in loading customer vehicles, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring stock accuracy by undertaking daily inventory counts.Your hours are Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 3:00pm.
