The Project CPB Contractors along with our industry partners, have been selected for the ECI phase of the Main South Road and Victor Harbor Road duplication projects, with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport located in Adelaide, South Australia. Your Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Administration reporting to the Senior Administrator we are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who can support and drive the culture on site while providing support and coordination of safety and health practices, systems and procedures on the project. You will be accountable for: Uploading files and entering data into an online portal Developing and retaining knowledge of project requirements Liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders Ensuring accurate personnel and competency records are kept and maintained in line with project requirements. Communicating updates and mandatory requirements to stakeholders Our minimum requirements for this role are: Ideally, experience in a similar position High-level organizational, time management, interpersonal and communication skills, and problem-solving ability Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook Computer literacy and the ability to learn software packages Ability to work autonomously and manage/priorities tasks in a busy, fast-paced and high-pressure environment Attention to detail, speed and accuracy in inputting data Ideally, knowledge and understanding of training competencies and training databases Self-motivation, with a drive to achieve results and meet deadlines If you are interested in this role and meet the above requirements, please apply below.
