Reporting to the Managing Director ANZ, we're looking for a Head of Sales to join the team As a senior leader you will manage a team of Client Partners across the Large Customer Sales segment. You will need to have natural leadership skills; the ability to coach, develop, and challenge your direct reports; and strong senior level of client-facing skills. As a seasoned leader, you should have a deep understanding of the performance of top accounts at Snap and a point of view on how they would accelerate growth in their vertical over the next 12-24 months. What you'll do: Have command of and be responsible for the revenue and growth of our Large Customer Sales accounts at Snap ANZ Manage a team of experienced Client Partners Build and manage relationships with c-suite level, key senior clients, and agency partners within ANZ Hold your team accountable to revenue quotas and KPIs Create a roadmap to clearly define, execute, and deliver KPI-driven measurement strategies and narratives Understand broad vertical trends and translate into strategic areas and opportunities to drive growth of the business Assist Sales leadership with determining individual quotas and account lists for team members Coach, mentor and help grow high performers to drive cross-company collaboration and impact beyond achievement to quota Act as a second-in command to the Managing Director of ANZ in the day to day operations of running a sales team across ANZ Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization (internally and externally) Can facilitate meetings with multiple C-suite and senior stakeholders Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Strong business sense and industry expertise Excellent mentoring with demonstrated strong coaching and people management skills Embodies Snap values Ability to travel 50% of the time Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience 7 years of experience managing a team 12 years experience in digital media space Demonstrated ability to communicate and present Ability to travel 50% of the time Preferred qualifications: Pre-existing relationships with brand marketers within vertical and advertising agencies Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don't be shy and provide us some information.
