About the Role: The CFA has an opportunity a proactive and organised operator with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support. We have 2 fixed term full time opportunities located at CFA headquarters in Burwood East. Key Responsibilities Include: Efficient Administrative Management: Prioritise tasks effectively to ensure administrative requirements are managed efficiently. Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients, including drafting correspondence and managing communications on behalf of managers and staff. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with clients, ensuring responsive and professional handling of inquiries. Document Preparation: Prepare various documents such as letters, memos, reports, and presentations. Research and Information Management: Collate information, undertake research, and manage documents as required. Diary and Meeting Coordination: Manage and coordinate diaries, schedule meetings and appointments, and arrange travel as needed. Data Entry and Records Management: Handle data entry, filing, and records administration tasks efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Financial Transactions: Assist with basic financial transactions, including creating purchase orders and adhering to financial standards. Procurement: Manage the ordering and procurement of stationary and goods to support operational needs.
