Reporting to the Sales Estimating Manager, you will be working with a collaborative team, driven by strong leadership and excellent culture. About You: Minimum 3 years estimating experience is essential within residential home building Sound knowledge & understanding of Australian Building Standards & Council requirements Competent with Microsoft Office programs and Framework system (desirable) Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) Strong organisational and time management skills Analytical and ability to problem solve Strong attention to detail, motivated and reliable Ability to work well within a team environment and autonomously Responsibilities & Duties: Obtain quotes and prices from suppliers Investigate, resolve and correct issues when producing sales costings Prepare accurate and quality estimates for tender revisions and variations Maintain quality control of documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity Ensure compliance with Building standards, Covenant and Developer guidelines Ensure company policies and procedures are followed Undertake any other duties as directed by Management from time to time Participate in workflow and team meetings Interviews Please forward your up-to-date Resume asap.
