About the Role: Reporting to the Assistant Manager, HR Systems the chris21 System Administrator is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the chris21 application. They will provide second level operational and technical support and customer service to all business users of the HR and peripheral systems. They will be integral to the implementation of ongoing system improvements and efficiencies across the organisation. The chris 21 System Administrator role is customer focused where attention to detail, clear and precise communication along with great stakeholder management is key to ensure positive outcomes. Some of your duties will include: Monitoring system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of IT services. Assisting in the setup, configuration, and management of servers, networks, and related hardware. Supporting the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades. Managing configurable changes to the chris21 application and other systems as required to ensure change supports and enhances the functionality and integrity of these systems. About You: As an ideal candidate, you will possess: Demonstrated experience and knowledge in providing support services for enterprise systems that have required troubleshooting and diagnosis of complex issues. Demonstrated experience working with the chris21, GIPS and/ or TimeTarget systems in either an operational or project environment. Understanding of deployment and testing activities required as part of new application releases Qualifications: Prior experience in the Administration of the chris21 application or other payroll applications is desirable.
