THE OPPORTUNITY Civil Engineer / Design Leader: Stormwater, Our client, is looking for a Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of domestic experience working on stormwater projects. You will be mentored and work alongside a team of Civil & Hydraulic Engineers to undertake the design of stormwater, flooding, RMS, sub-division and essential civil works for projects across Sydney. You will utilise DRAINS, MUSIC, AutoCAD or Civil3D software. In addition, you will have the opportunity to conduct site inspections and provide technical advice to key stakeholders and clients. IN BRIEF Manage the design of your projects ranging from stormwater, flooding, industrial and sub-division Design using DRAINS, MUSIC and AutoCAD or Civil 3D Liaise with local councils, clients and project managers Liaise with internal engineers and drafters Attend site inspections and external client meetings SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Civil engineering degree Minimum 5 years domestic experience as a Civil Engineer Previous experience designing stormwater projects Proficiency using one or more of the following software packages - DRAINS, MUSIC, HEC-RAS, AutoCAD, Civil3D Well-resented with strong verbal and written communication skills THE CULTURE Employees describe this firm as an enjoyable working environment due to their strong team ethics and ability to recognise and reward staff for their dedication.
