Location: Brisbane Category: Administration Position Type: Permanent Job Reference: BOE/1802123 No File Attached Share This: The opportunity We are seeking a talented Office Administrator to support the team on the world class Battlespace Communication System (BCS) Program supporting the development of world class deployed communications systems. The role is based in Brisbane. Responsibilities: Provide support to and assist the Program Director Coordinate travel bookings and event management and planning Manage our office in the Brisbane CBD Provide administration support for diary management and meeting bookings for the Leadership Team Support presentations by assisting with document preparation and other support functions Experience/Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role, in particular admin or PA High level organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Ability to priortise work load and meet deadlines "Can-do" personality - you like to think outside the box and drive innovation, you want to make a difference Applicants must be Australian citizens to meet defence security requirements.
