The role: We are looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse who are passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our facility based in Mirani, QLD. What you will do: As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring: Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives Development and evaluation of individualized resident care plans Supervision and support for Care Workers Clinical care, including wound management, palliative care, and medication management Liaison with medical and allied health care staff Provision of safe, high-quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards Positive resident experience through a resident-first approach Who are you and what will you bring?
